Concernant le premier problème, c'est parce que la requête SQL est pas bonne

SELECT COUNT(`forum_topic`.`id`) AS news,`ref` FROM `forum_topic` WHERE ((`forum_topic`.`dern_date` > and `forum_topic`.`id` !=0)) GROUP BY `ref` ORDER BY `ref`

C'est plutôt

SELECT COUNT(`forum_topic`.`id`) AS news,`ref` FROM `forum_topic` WHERE ((`forum_topic`.`dern_date` and `forum_topic`.`id` !=0)) GROUP BY `ref` ORDER BY `ref`
